Diene elastic fiber (rubber filament)

Diene elastic fibers, commonly known as rubber thread or rubber band thread, are mainly composed of vulcanized polyisoprene and have good chemical and physical properties such as high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and wear resistance. They are widely used in the knitting industry such as socks and ribbed cuffs. Rubber fiber is an early elastic fiber used, but its use in weaving fabrics is limited due to its main production of coarse count yarns.
